are not seeking any payment or remuneration for said
items, apart from the reasonable costs related to
postage/handling and/or insurance (when required) of said
items to any and all recipients.
3) You are responsible
for ensuring the clothing items you provide are of
reasonable quality and cleanliness and will not hold
liable New Life Clothing for any complaints or requests
for restitution resulting from unsatisfied recipients of
items offered by you.
4) You agree that you
will notify New Life Clothing as soon as possible of any
changes in the quality and/or to the availability of any
item/s of clothing you advertise on the New Life Clothing
website.

items of clothing listed on this site:
5) You understand
items advertised on this website are not owned by nor
offered for sale by New Life Clothing.
6) You understand New
Life Clothing is not responsible for any flaws or
imperfections in or on said items and you agree you will
not hold liable.New Life Clothing for any
misrepresentation or loss suffered by donators and/or
donatees.
7) You understand that
any contact information will not be provided to you until
the full agreed donation amount is received from you in
respect of the items selected by you. The items you seek
will be held for 48 hours pending receipt of donation
from you unless other arrangements have been made with
New Life Clothing management.

by you to New Life Clothing will never be passed on to
anyone else (individual or organisation) other than to
the owner/s of items of clothing advertised on this
website or to individuals wishing to accept a donation of
clothing in the spirit of the New Life Clothing project
and the terms and conditions of this website.
2) New Life Clothing
will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or
damage suffered by individuals as a result of their
decision/s to provide their contact details to a second
party.
